Chelsea has always been termed the "chameleon" for the 4 years that I coached her because she is capable of accepting any role on the court and playing any position well. She has a variety of skills and helped us in so many ways last year. Although she will tell you she is a setter (of course she has great setting hands) but she wouldn't tell you that she is an accomplished hitter, passer and defensive player too (and she can block a ball too). She has played every position for me, sometimes all of them at some point in one match. The only one she has never played for me was Libero. She has been a great asset to NCVBC teams since she started playing 12's for Libby way back...and has worked her way all the way to playing for NCAA Division 3 school George Fox.
